The new furnace is operational and already yielding benefits in the company’s state-of-the-art facility in Bucks County.

The new Class 3 Pyrometry furnace features a 36”x48” zone and operates at vacuum levels below 10-6 torr range. By investing in this new infrastructure, Vacu Braze can increase our production capabilities of age hardening high nickel alloys, quench and temper of steel, stress relieving, and annealing.
